QUESTIONS




HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I RESERVE?

 * A primary (single) membership can reserve 2 seats. Your guest does NOT need a
   membership.
 * A primary membership with a secondary membership can reserve up to 4 seats,
   but only by reserving using the primary membership email address. Your guests
   do NOT need memberships.


HOW CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?

If you are already a member: Go to our seat reservation page here and enter the
email address of your primary membership. See above for how many tickets you can
reserve.

If you are NOT a member: Join U.S. LawShield! Get confirmation of your
membership, and then visit seat reservation page here. See above for how many
tickets you can reserve.

If your friend wants to become a member: Of course they should! Have your guest
join U.S. LawShield and reserve their seat in the same section you chose. Then,
arrive at the venue together, and you will be able to sit together in your
section!

Remember, if your membership has a secondary membership, you automatically get
to choose 4 tickets! Note: You must use the primary membership to reserve.

PLEASE choose your seat section carefully. We are unable to honor requests to
change seating after ticket reservations are completed.


WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION FOR THE CONCERT VENUES?

For venue-specific information such as directions, parking and guidelines for
entry (including prohibited items), please visit these websites:

 * Charlotte: PNC Music Pavilion
   Parking: All guests on their own for parking, available at the venue.
 * Dallas: Dos Equis Pavilion
   Parking: All guests on their own for parking, available at the venue.
 * Houston: Toyota Center
   Toyota Center: Prepay for event parking here.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

You will receive your tickets two days before your concert date at the email
address on record with your membership.

 * Your tickets will also be made available on your seat reservation page. A
   unique link will be emailed to you.
 * If you have a primary account, and you choose 2 tickets, they will both be
   sent individually to your email address.
 * If a primary has a secondary account, 2 tickets will be sent to the primary
   email address and 2 will be sent to the secondary address.
 * If the secondary address has the same email as the primary, all 4 tickets
   will be sent indivilually to the primary email address.
 * The tickets will each have a unique TicketID number. Take care to print them
   all out!
 * PLEASE choose your seat section carefully. We are unable to honor requests to
   change seating after ticket reservations are completed.

Please note: If your membership has been cancelled or is not in good standing
prior to the concert, your seat reservations will be cancelled and made
available again.


WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLED EVENT?

While we agree that the show must go on, sometimes Mother Nature has other
ideas. For questions about event cancellations, please review our ticketing
terms and conditions.


CAN I BECOME A MEMBER ON-SITE, THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

No, you will need to join/register by one of these deadlines:

 * Wednesday, October 19, 2022, is the last day to register for the Charlotte,
   NC concert on October 23.
 * Wednesday, October 26, 2022, is the last day to register for the Dallas, TX
   concert on October 30.
 * Wednesday, November 2, 2022, is the last day to register for the Houston, TX
   concert on November 6.


WHAT KIND OF TICKETS ARE USED, AND HOW DO I CHECK IN?

Each ticket is a unique QR code. Display it on your phone or print it for ticket
scanning at the event. Your ticket reservation is not a scannable ticket and
will not be accepted.

Once a QR code is scanned and you are admitted into the venue, it cannot be used
again.

For venue-specific information such as directions, parking, and guidelines for
entry (including prohibited items), U.S. LawShield recommends going directly to
the venue websites:

 * PNC Music Pavilion, Charlotte

TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

You will be refused entry if you are in possession of firearms or weapons of any
type. No one under 18 will be admitted.

 * Promotion expires December 10, 2022.
 * This is a private concert series exclusively for U.S. LawShield members in
   good standing.
 * Only 2 concert tickets per membership. Primary memberships that include a
   secondary membership are eligible for up to 4 tickets. Primary member’s email
   address must be used to reserve seats.
 * Membership must be valid at the time of concert registration.
 * Membership must be valid at the time of concert ticket redemption. Tickets
   will be sent to the primary member email address the week before the concert
   date.
 * If a member cancels or is canceled for non-payment after registering for an
   event, the seat assignment will be invalidated and returned to the pool of
   available seating.
 * Concert seats are not guaranteed until registration confirmation has been
   received.
 * Concerts venues may become fully booked and may no longer be available,
   tickets are available only to USLS members in good standing on a first-come
   first served basis.
 * Section seating can be chosen, however seat selection will not be available.
   Seats will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. ADA seating will
   be available for attendees requiring wheelchair access.
 * Concert attendees must agree to the rules and restrictions of the individual
   venues.
 * Although some venues allow children, U.S. LawShield requires all attendees to
   be over 18.
 * USLS assumes no liability for entry that is denied due to venue regulations.
 * USLS assumes no liability for concert or artist cancellations due to reasons
   outside of our control. This can include inclement weather, Covid, etc.
 * Tickets have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
