Forum, where my personal passions for cultural exchange, economic development,
and women's empowerment converge. With a background as the Director of Business
Development at EITEP (Euro Institute for Information and Technology Transfer in
Environmental Protection), I bring a wealth of experience in fostering
international collaboration and spearheading initiatives in the water, energy,
environment, and infrastructure sector.

At EITEP, I have had the privilege of driving the institute's strategic growth
and expansion. By organizing high-level conferences, workshops, and training
programs, I have facilitated the exchange of knowledge and technology transfer
among professionals worldwide. Building strategic partnerships with government
agencies, industry associations, and academic institutions has been integral to
our success.

My passion for women's empowerment is deeply rooted in my personal and
professional journey. I firmly believe that when women are given equal
opportunities, they can truly excel and make significant contributions to
society. Through my work, I aim to provide a platform that not only facilitates
networking and mentorship but also empowers women to embrace leadership roles,
shatter glass ceilings, and drive positive change in their communities. I am
committed to dismantling barriers and promoting inclusivity to ensure that women

My vision as Chairperson of the Global Women Forum is to create a vibrant and
inclusive networking platform that not only empowers women in business but also
fosters cross-cultural understanding and promotes sustainable practices. By
forging strong alliances and fostering collaboration, we will strengthen the

Ellen von Zitzewitz has worked over the last 15 years in several senior
positions in the German Federal Government including the Ministry of Economic
Affairs and Energy, The Ministry of Environment and Nuclear Safety, the German
Embassy on Moscow and the Permanent Representation of Germany to the EU. She was
several years German focal point for the IRENA and coordinated the German G20
Position 2019.

2002 – 2005 she was also Advisor to the Yemeni Minister of Water and Environment
in Sana’a, Yemen, and initiated the Middle East North Africa Renewable Energy
Conferences as well as the Berlin Energy Transition Dialogue.

where she was responsible of supporting SMB businesses to grow and develop their
digital presence. Soukayna has closely worked with Founders and B2B companies to
successfully develop their social brand on Linkedin, where she has built a
community of +18,000 people. She is widely invested in topics such as women
empowerment and diversity, particulary within the tech space.

Angelique Mesch holds a master’s degree in business and engineering. On
completion of her studies at Clausthal University of Technology, Ms. Mesch took
her first step on the career ladder as field engineer working on offshore
facilities for Baker Hughes. She then moved to various global positions in
technical sales, program management, engineering, product management and digital
transformation consultant to now moving the needle in the green hydrogen Space
for Schneider Electric. She has always worked in a male-dominated environment,
in which she learned to assert herself. Ms. Mesch aims to pave the way for
future generations, to which end she organizes career workshops, gives lectures
and regularly brings people from different professional backgrounds together.

2017, she has been head of the unit dealing with women in leadership positions.

Princess Moradeun is the Founder and CEO of African Women's Health Project
International AWHPI GLOBAL FOUNDATION, a non-profit USA organization with
Special Consultative ECOSOC Status with the United Nations. The Princess is the
President/CEO of the Innovative Global Consulting (IGC). Her Highness is the
visioneer and leader for the Africa 2-5-9 Project Initiatives, which is focused
on sustainable climate change action plans for sub-Saharan Africa countries
through restructuration of infrastructure and innovation development across
communities across Africa.

In her capacity as a UN Ambassador for Peace and Chair of The Global Summit
Group, she works on economic equity issues affecting women through
groundbreaking research and training programs via the UN sustainable development
goals.

The Regional Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RCREEE) is an
intergovernmental organization with diplomatic status that aims to enable and

pan-Arab countries. RCREEE is the official technical arm institution of both
League of Arab State – Energy Department and Arab Ministerial Council for
Electricity (AMCE).

Sector via several forms of partnerships to initiate and lead clean energy
policy dialogues, strategies, technologies, managing the facilitation of RE
investment platforms and capacity development in order to increase Arab states’

renewable energy and energy efficiency initiatives and expertise in all Arab
