We have moved some residents to Terrace Park this week. One of them, Evelyn,
made a comment to one of the caregivers as she woke up in her new room last
Wednesday. With tears in her eyes she said, ‘What did I do to deserve this
beautiful place? God must love me so!’

Later in the day, I saw Evelyn’s daughter at Terrace Park as she visited with
her mother and she told me how thankful she is that her mother is thoroughly
enjoying herself at the new neighborhood. And not only that, she has also
observed that, her mother is not just happier, but she is more alert, more
verbal, and more engaged. Evelyn’s daughter was so touched by her mother’s
comments and the positive change in her mother’s demeanor, that she too, had
tears in her eyes.

Our staff have observed that indeed, the residents at Terrace Park appear not
just happier as evidenced by their many smiles but they also seem more engaged
and alert. The brand new neighborhood, along with activities specially
addressing the needs of early-stage resident, have definitely made an impact on
our residents’ lives. Thank you for all you’ve done to help make this possible.

the beautiful brand new social neighborhood that is Terrace Park, the premier
