First take a pointy object like a screwdriver of a corkscrew to open the softest
hole. Of the three holes the center hole is the one that is most easily
punctured.

Hold the Coconut over a bowl or glass and let the fresh coconut water gently
flow out of the product. Take your time for this. Since the water can create a
vacuum you might need to open up the hole a bit for the last water to flow out
of the Coconut.

For this part it is best if you use the back of a heavy knife. But if you’re not
confident about this just use a hammer of something that is heavy and preferably
with a pointy edge. To open the Coconut just hit the Coconut in the center and
after each hit turn the Coconut around a little bit. Each few centimeters you
give it a solid hit and you keep on turning and hitting until you will hear a
crack and the Coconut will open up after a few more hits. Within two or three
complete turns this process should be done.
