The Macomb County 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Mount Clemens, Michigan, United
States of America, has jurisdiction in all civil cases involving more than
$25,000; domestic relations cases; cases seeking equitable relief, felony
criminal cases and some serious misdemeanors. The Court also has jurisdiction
over appeals from district courts and administrative agencies. The Macomb County
16th Judicial Circuit Court serves the public by providing a fair, expeditious
and impartial forum for the resolution of civil and criminal matters through the
rule of law.
