APPLE AND CINNAMON CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

 * 4-5 large apples
 * 1 puff pastry roll
 * 1/2 cup brown sugar
 * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

PREPARATION:

 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
 2. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
 3. Unroll the puff pastry on a baking sheet, spread the apples, leaving a small
    border around the perimeter.
 4. Sprinkle the apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
 5. Wrap the edges of the dough to the apples, forming a nice "pillowy" edge.
 6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake turns golden.
 7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy!
