ABOUT ME

I am a father of 3, an avid comic book and sports card collector, and have a
passion for combining marketing and technology to create experiences that drive
results. For over 12+ years as a data-driven Growth and Digital Marketing
leader, I have lead teams to drive revenue growth in a wide variety of
industries, including recently at Ent Credit Union, Colorado's largest credit
union closing in on $10bn in assets and over 430k+ members.

I take a full-funnel and holistic approach to delivering optimal omnichannel
experiences leveraging marketing technology, automation, AI/ML decisioning and
analytics to optimize the customer experience throughout their entire lifecycle
and to deliver 1:1 hyper-personalized campaigns at scale.

My team’s focus has been on driving incremental and continual improvements
through experimentation to key metrics such as LTV, CAC, ROAS, Products Per
Customer, Net Promoter Score, Cost of Servicing, Retention and Churn rates.

June 2021 – Feb 2022

 * Owned the strategic direction, implementation and execution of customer
   acquisition efforts at Real Vision, overseeing the P&L and paid spend across
   SEO, paid SEM, programmatic/display, native, and paid social media.
 * Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, predictive modeling, reporting and
   the improvement/optimization of member growth, paid spend, channel mix, LTV,
   CAC, RoaS, and Time to Revenue.

 * Led data-driven digital strategy, innovation and roadmap development for
   driving brand awareness, member engagement and acquisition for Colorado's
   largest Credit Union with $9.8bn in assets and over 430k+ members.
 * Served on the Data Governance, Risk & Regulatory Compliance, IT
   Infrastructure and Member-impacting Technology Steering Committees to drive
   the direction of online banking, assist in the development of strategic
   roadmaps and member-impacting decisions, incorporate marketing objectives,
   and prepare Ent Credit Union for hitting $10 billion in assets.
 * Led development and implementation of the marketing technology plan,
   including tool identification and business case creation (including marketing
   automation, CDP, web analytics, CRM integration, personalization, etc).
 * Orchestrated the redesign, development and launch of Ent.com and rebranding
   of the digital banking app (2020)
 * Implemented an experiment that increased Personal Loan Prequal Offer
   acceptance rates through online banking by 306% resulting in a 27% increase
   in overall booked loans over the past 4 years.
 * Increased the Mortgage Application Starts conversion rate for users visiting
   Ent.com’s rate page by 14.5% -- resulting in over 300 additional applications
   per year.
 * Increased the rate of users visiting checking/savings related pages to
   entering the OAO sequence by 35.5%.
 * Led SEO initiatives that increased non-branded organic traffic in 2020 vs
   2019 by 111.6% YoY

RAPID PROTOTYPING

Last year I took a week off after my 2nd kiddo was born... during that week, and
in between diaper changes, I set out to showcase how 1:1 marketing automation
would integrate into a mobile banking application... and I got obsessed. By the
end of the week I had an interactive, high-fidelity prototype. Oh and I had a
1-week-old and a slightly irritated wife (thanks for putting up with my
obsessive work habits, Kelsey!)

My 3rd kiddo is due in July. What will I dream up for your company on my week
