thoughtful application of assessment resources across the organization.

Prior to joining TCCC Caleb served as a Manager for Talent Strategy at Vanguard
where he developed a variety of data-driven approaches to identifying high
potential leaders across the organization. Earlier in his career Caleb served in
a variety of roles related to the evaluation, coaching, and targeted development
of senior leaders, as well as enhancing the performance of senior teams.
