MEET THE DEVELOPERS



Mark Coleman and William “Bill” Shipers, two of the top individuals in their
fields, have united to create 1100 Fifth Avenue in Neptune City.
Mark holds a BA in Political Economies from the University of California at
Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance, Marketing and Real Estate from Northwestern
University. He has designed, developed and managed Residential and Commercial
properties in New Jersey, Park City, Utah and Florida.
“For the last 30 years, I’ve been passionate about creating beautiful places
where people would enjoy living and investing in their future. Each project has
been unique and designed specifically for the needs of the owners. Every detail
matters to create a property with functionality and lasting appeal.”

William Shipers, Esq., graduated Cum Laude from New York Law School. He is
admitted to the Bar in New Jersey and The Federal District Court and is
currently a Partner in the firm of Shamy, Shipers and Lonski, with offices in
East Brunswick and Belmar, NJ. One of the primary areas of Bill’s law practice
is Land Use, and he has mined this experience to assist numerous clients as well
as with his own successful residential and commercial projects throughout New
Jersey.
“One of my proudest accomplishments was to spearhead the redevelopment of Ocean
Avenue in Belmar into luxury homes. That was twenty years ago, and I have since
created several developments which transformed Belmar into the upscale shore
town that it is today”.

Mark and Bill have a joint vision that began three years ago. They recognized
