I had a question about my Mazda that I could not get an answer from anyone about
until I went to the dealership. I immediately was a bit apprehensive, assuming
that it was going to cost me a fortune to have a diagnosis done. Much to my
surprise the service department was extremely helpful and trying to last my
problem. Special thanks from me goes to Brooke and Carl in the service
department. Both of these individuals went over and above to try and resolve my
problem on the spot. Unfortunately, the problem was with my equipment, and there
were unable to actually resolve the issue but, at least I know what the problem
is now thanks to both of these customer oriented specialist! I can see the
dealership has excellent reviews, unlike most of the other dealerships in town.
Keep up the good work by hiring quality associates, such like Brooke and Carl in
the service department.
