My only complaint is when I sent in the artwork I laid all our artwork out in order of how we wanted them photographed. Some of the prints my daughter drew on the backside and because I didn’t notate my preference they photographed both sides and even though I didn’t want to use the backside I was still charged for the images. Ashley Frey June 25, 2023 The process was easy and my books came out perfectly! I love having one place to look at a year’s worth of art and my girls love seeing their work in a book! Such a great idea and easy step by step process. It isn’t a quick turnaround, but I wasn’t in a rush and it was well worth the time and attention that was given to photographing my girls’ art and thoughtfully making a book. I plan to do this every year! Love it and highly recommend! If you’re considering it, just do it, you’ll be so happy with the results!
