   Uroxatral (alfuzosin HCl, Jalyn (dutasteride and tamsulosin HCl), or Rapaflo
   (silodosin). Alpha-blockers are sometimes prescribed for prostate problems or
   high blood pressure. In some patients, the use of Sildenafil with
   alpha-blockers can lead to a drop in blood pressure or to fainting.
 * Medicines called HIV protease inhibitors, such as ritonavir (Norvir),
   indinavir sulfate (Crixivan), saquinavir (Fortovase or Invirase), or

with or without food. It should be taken 30-60 minutes before engaging in sexual
activity. Do not exceed 1 dose in a 24 hour period.

Tadalafil: Unless otherwise told to you by your doctor, Tadalafil can be taken
with or without food. Tadalafil can be taken as needed or daily. When taken as
needed, typical doses are 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 mg, and should be taken 30-60
minutes before engaging in sexual activity. When taken daily, typical doses are
2.5 and 5 mg. It can be taken any time of day but should be taken approximately
the same time each day. Regardless of whether it is taken as needed or daily, do
not exceed 1 dose in a 24 hour period.
