It is easily accessible from I-95 and with JTA bus service: 6950 Philips Highway, Suite 11, Jacksonville, FL 32216 Our Orange Park office is located on Kingsley Avenue, between Blanding Boulevard and Highway 17: 1540 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park, FL 32073 Hours of Operation: Mondays - Thursdays: 9 am - 9 pm Fridays: 9 am - 7 pm No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; we offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule.
