2023 was a landmark year for GF, with the Uponor acquisition and other
milestones as highlights. All divisions remain well positioned to meet their

COMMITMENT TO NET ZERO: GF TAKES NEXT STEP IN ITS SUSTAINABILITY JOURNEY

In a significant step on the path to become a sustainability and innovation
leader, GF today announced its ambition to reach net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG)
emissions by 2050.




IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE GF ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING 2024

This year's Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Georg Fischer AG will be held on
Wednesday, 17 April 2024 at the IWC Arena in Schaffhausen (Switzerland). The
voting documents for shareholders will be sent out on 26 March 2024.




GF WALK FOR WATER 2024: EMPOWERING COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE

For the third consecutive year, GF will hold Walk for Water, a global initiative
across divisions and locations to support universal access to safe water.




GF AND START-UP SWISSLOOP PARTNER FOR THE FUTURE

GF has renewed its sponsorship of Swissloop's innovative high-speed
transportation project, another example of its commitment to supporting start-up
ventures. Together with GF Casting Solutions, the ETH Zurich project prepares
for the European Hyperloop Week in July.
