She met me when I was feeling really low. She was there for me when I went through a tough time and helped me handle it. I will always be grateful for her care. Though I'm still on a long road to getting better (if it happens). I'm happy to say I'm doing much better now. I haven't learned to forgive, but I'm slowly learning to let go while remembering the bad things. I know I did my best with the help of friends and professionals to get past the pain. And if the last few months taught me anything, it's that I need to trust in my own abilities and that I can count on friends, both near and far, who are ready to lend a hand. Each day, I'm gaining more confidence. I know everything will work out in the end. As Dr. Sukriti always tells me “Practice makes progress”! Sujatha M I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sukriti Drabu for her unwavering support during one of the most challenging periods of my life. When I first met Dr. Sukriti, I was consumed by overwhelming thoughts of self-harm and suicide. The pain felt unbearable, and I couldn't see a way out. But Dr. Sukriti was my guiding light. Her compassion and non-judgmental approach provided me with a safe space to open up about my deepest fears and emotions. She listened to me with empathy and understanding, offering me perspective when I had lost all hope in myself. With her guidance, I gradually discovered and developed healthier ways to cope with my self-doubt. Dr. Sukriti not only helped me in our sessions but also actively collaborated with other mental health professionals to ensure I received comprehensive care. She connected me with a supportive network of resources, ensuring that I had access to the tools and assistance I needed on my journey to recovery. Sudesh P It's been a wonderful journey. My therapist helped me navigate through my problems to achieve a broad goal of attaining discipline. The app UI is very calming and easy to navigate. Please don't hesitate to seek professional help. It helps when a qualified professional guides you through the steps to solve your problems. Mahesh K FAQS When should I seek therapy? If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like you could use extra support navigating life’s challenges, therapy offers a safe space to find clarity and strength. What happens in my first session? It’s a chance for us to connect. You’ll share what’s on your mind, and we’ll begin mapping out your path towards healing and personal growth. What happens in a typical therapy session? Every session is unique and tailored to your needs. We might explore emotions, practice new ways of coping, or uncover the roots of challenges you’re facing. What's the difference between therapy and talking to a friend? Friends offer invaluable love and support, but a therapist brings specialized training and objectivity to help you delve deeper, work through challenges, and learn lasting skills. I'm nervous! Is that normal? Feeling nervous is completely normal! Starting therapy is a brave step, and we’ll create a safe and welcoming space for you to feel comfortable.
