Dr. Anastasia Shamasuyarova, clinical dermatology practitioner and Assistant Professor at Northern Ontario School of Medicine will be our guest to discuss the impacts of solar radiation on the skin and give information about sun protection, including considerations around sunscreens. If there is a specific question you would like addressed, there will an opportunity to let us know during registration, or during the open Q&A. The 40 minute safety information session will be followed by a 20-minute wellness break in the form of beginner Tai Chi led by Charlmane Wong of Ji Hong Tai Chi & Qi Gong of Richmond Hill, Ontario. Those who attend will receive a confirmation of attendance email outlining the content and duration of the webinar. If you cannot attend, register to receive an email afterwards which will include a link to where to access the YouTube video and supporting materials.
