ASSURANCE OF VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has accepted an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance
from Enbridge Gas following a review of our service quality results related to
Customer Care call answering service levels and meter reading performance, which
were not compliant with the Gas Distribution Access Rule requirements. Enbridge
Gas has put in place operational improvements and taken all reasonable steps to
improve our Customer Care service quality performance for 2022. Enbridge Gas is
committed to providing excellent customer service to all customers.
