     Staff at the hotel just stand around and look lost, they do nothing. Hotel
     is cute. There are only two ice machines in the hotel on upper floors. Good
     and breakfast is expensive and not that great. I wasn’t even offered
     anything to drink at their restaurant. My room door didn’t lock. The hotel

     Looking to stay at a clean place were the staff are kind and greet you with
     smiles? Look no further, Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is the
     place for you. Family friendly yet business comfortable, this place is a
     "10" in the books! Staff were amazing, the amenities were clean and the
     layout is so inviting. Great for families or for the work gathering. We
