THE REAL ESTATE CLOSING PROCESS


STEP 01: RECEIPT CONTRACT

We help coordinate pick up of earnest money, making it easier on you and your
clients.


STEP 02: SEND OUT RECEIPTED CONTRACT

In addition to the fully-executed contract, we provide all parties with your
escrow team’s contact information, as well as critical contract dates for your
convenience.


STEP 03: SEND WEEKLY UPDATES

We keep all parties informed of status and stay on top of transactions for you
and your clients.


STEP 04: PROVIDE TITLE COMMITMENT

We email the title commitment to all parties, which includes hyperlinks to all
applicable property documents.


STEP 05: RESPONSIVENESS

We are trained to be quick to respond to your questions and requests for
information.


STEP 06: CLOSING COORDINATION

We take care of all closing logistics to make transactions as smooth as possible
for you and your clients.

transactions. In January 2014, he founded Capstone Title and Compere & Gorman
PLLC. With both Capstone Title and Compere & Gorman PLLC, Brad and his team
provide an exceptional level of expertise and a unique perspective to
residential and commercial real estate transactions in Austin, Central Texas,
and other markets throughout the state.

Eddie Rodriguez has served in the Texas House of Representatives for over 10
years, representing South Austin, East Austin and Southeast Travis County. Eddie
studied at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio before attending The University
of Texas at Austin, where he earned a B.A. in Government in 1995. He earned his
law degree in 2008 from The University of Texas School of Law.
