They come when they say they are coming and the job is done completely. Only complaint is a few weeds along the street area of my lawn and a few dandelions that are still around .. this may be because my neighbors do not treat their lawn and seeds have blown over. Overall, VIP Turf Care has restored my lawn to the way it should be. At the first application, maybe 3 years ago, my lawn was mostly weeds. After the first season you could see a major difference.
