In 1997, Renea Rowland planted her vision of an insurance agency with a
“hometown” feel against the quaint backdrop of Belton, SC. She wanted to offer
affordable quotes and build relationships with customers that focused on
individual and specific needs. This included a vision that still remains true
for the agency today. This approach was so successful that in 2003 Renea opened
a second location in Clinton, SC and later opened another location in Anderson,
SC. Currently, the agency has grown to nine employees eager to serve your
