WHY WOULDN’T I JUST HIRE A FULL-TIME CREATIVE TEAM?

Hiring just one full-time senior-level creative can cost over $100K, plus

creative professsional. Worse yet, you have to eat those costs even during the
times that you don't have work for them.

We offer you a smarter option: get access to an entire creative services team of
professionals for a fraction of the cost and only pay for when you need them,
pause when you don't. We think that's a pretty amazing deal.


HOW DO I MAKE REQUESTS?

After subscribing, you will receive a link to setup your profile in our request
portal. From there, you will be taken to a dashboard where you can easily choose
what services you need, add notes, and if necessary, set up a quick call to
discuss the project details with your assigned creative project manager.


IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY REQUESTS I CAN MAKE?

No limits! You can add as many requests to your queue as you would like and
we'll knock them out one-by-one.


WHAT IF I ONLY HAVE A SINGLE REQUEST RIGHT NOW?

No problem! Sign up, get that project done, and pause your subscription. You
will not be billed while you are thinking about the next project you will need.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CONTENT MADE?

It depends on the project type and complexity. Some content can take less than a
day while others can take a few weeks (e.g., a social media post versus a
commercial ad).


HOW DOES THE PAUSE FEATURE WORK?

We understand that your creative services needs can be higher some months than
others. Our pause feature allows you to remain as a client while only paying
when you need our services.

Here is an example of how pausing works:

You subscribe to one of our plans, which bills every 31 days, and you decide to
pause it on the 15th day. The remaining 16 days of work will be available to you
anytime in the future once you upause your plan. Please note that unused work
days can only be used during unpaused periods. 


WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE A CREATIVE ASSET YOU MADE?

No problem! We'll make any and all revisions to make sure you're 100% satisfied
with your content.


IS THERE ANY WORK THAT SUBSCRIPTIONS DON'T COVER?

Yes. Our subscriptions only cover "creative content". Think of it like this:
creative content are all the elements within a website that is used to market
your products or services, not the website itself. Put another way; we'll build
content but not the thing that houses the content.

However, if you do need a new brand website or app we can design and build it
outside of your subscription. Just let us know what you need.


ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS IF I DON'T LIKE THE SERVICE?

Since we don't lock you into a lengthy service contract, we cannot offer refunds
for the work we do. Instead, we will revise your content until you are happy
with it.
