WELCOME REMARK

The organizing committee sincerely welcome you to join in the Symposium on World
Cancer Research 2022 (SWCR), which will be held during May 6th-8th, 2022 in
Singapore. We are hopeful that many of you will be able to make the trip to the
beautiful country to see old colleagues, and make new friends.

SWCR includes plenary forum, 20 breakout streams, as well as poster exhibition
in the three-day scientific program. The topics will focus on cancer biology,
diagnostic of cancers, cancer therapy, and different kinds of cancers/tumors,
such as breast caner, lung caner, prostate cancer, lymphoma, etc.
Considering the impact that the current COVID-19 pandemic has on travel and
event restrictions, SWCR 2022 is planned as a hybrid event. We will hold the
conference as a face-to-face meeting, while providing opportunities for
participants who can only join in online.
It is important to keep safe and healthy while still maintaining the ability to
facilitate the exchange between experts. Although the pandemic is still here, we
believe it will not be here forever, vaccines will help prevent the spread of
COVID-19 and bring this pandemic to an end.
Finally, we would like to extend our cordial invitation to you again, we believe
SWCR 2022 will be a space without borders for both top scientists and young
researchers to access and exchange the latest information in the field.
Looking forward to seeing you in Singapore, a modern city, as well as a country
with abundance natural beauty.
