EASY SETUP.
EASIER PAYING.

Conveniently and securely pay business travel expenses on the go with your Elan
One Card using Apple Pay®.**

 * Hold your iPhone® near the contactless reader.
 * Authorize payment with a touch.
 * Your card information isn't stored with the merchant or with Apple®.

Apple Pay is a breakthrough contactless payment technology that makes it simple
to use your Elan One Card for quick, secure purchases.

If you have an iPhone, Apple Watch® or iPad® it's easy to add your
Elan One Card and start making purchases—in-app, in-store and on the web.

PAY WITH A TOUCH AT OVER A MILLION STORES.

Go ahead. Keep your wallet and card in your pocket. With Apple Pay, you simply
hold your iPhone near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID®. On
the Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold the Apple Watch up to the
contactless reader.

You'll find that popular retailers and nonprofits across the nation accept Apple
Pay.

 * Use Apple Pay where you see these:
 * Use it inside mobile apps and on the web.
 * Enjoy the same comprehensive travel benefits.
 * No need to waste time pulling out a card.

ALL ABOUT SECURITY.

With Apple Pay, instead of using your actual credit card numbers, a unique
Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted and securely stored in the Secure
Element, a dedicated chip in iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.

That means every payment that you make is private. And because your card stays
in your purse or wallet, that helps ensure your information isn't revealed
to anyone.

 * 24-Hour Fraud Protection is included for every Elan customer
 * Your financial information isn't stored by Apple.

HOW TO GET STARTED.

1. Pull out your Elan Commercial Card

2. Add card to Apple Pay

Open the Wallet app (included with latest iOS). Tap the "+" in upper right
corner to add a card. Use the device's camera to capture card information. Enter
card's security code. Follow identity verification steps provided.

3. Touch to pay

With your card added, you're now ready to make purchases in-store, in-app or on

ADD YOUR CARD.
ADD ANOTHER
WAY TO PAY.

Conveniently and securely pay business travel expenses on the go with your Elan
One Card using Google Pay™.

 * Pay with a tap at contactless terminals.
 * Rest assured that your transactions are secure.
 * Keep track of your purchases with payment confirmations after purchase.

Google Pay is a mobile payment technology that allows you to use your
Android® device to make convenient, secure purchases with your Elan One Card.

IT’S AS EASY AS TAP, PAY, DONE.

Move past fumbling through your wallet to find a card. With Google Pay, you can
use your card simply by pulling out your phone.

 * Google Pay works where you see these symbols:
 * Unlock your phone, place it near the retailer’s terminal, and tap. That’s all
   it takes.

SECURITY. EVERYWHERE.

With Google Pay, all your information is protected. Instead of a card number
being exposed, a virtual account number is created—helping keep your account
secure. And if you ever lose your phone, you can use Android Device Manager to
instantly lock your device from anywhere, secure it with a new password, or even
wipe it clean of your personal information.

TRACK YOUR PURCHASES.

Make a purchase with Google Pay and receive payment confirmation on your phone
with the merchant's name, number, and location. You can access this information
at any time. Which makes it simple to keep track of all your Google
Pay purchases.

And in the event that there's any suspicious activity involving a purchase on
your phone, it'll appear on your screen, too. So you'll be able to take
action immediately.

HOW TO GET STARTED.

1. Pull out your Elan Commercial Card

2. Add card with camera

Google Pay is loaded onto many devices. If your phone doesn't have it, download
it. Then with the app open, tap the "+" sign in the app and follow the
instructions to add your card manually or with the camera.

3. Tap to pay

With your card added, you can now start tapping to pay. Simply unlock your phone
and tap the contactless terminal at any location that accepts Google Pay.

ACCEPTED
ALMOST
ANYWHERE.

Conveniently and securely pay business travel expenses on the go with your Elan
One Card using Samsung Pay.

 * Pay almost anywhere you can swipe your card.**
 * Samsung Knox security is built right in.
 * It's simple to set up.

Paying with your card and a Samsung device is fast and secure. Just pull out
your phone or watch and you're ready to pay—whether that's the corner coffee
shop, the local bike shop or your favorite big retailer.

TO PAY, JUST HOVER.

Samsung Pay is easy to use. You'll add your debit or credit card in just a few
simple steps. Then swipe up on your phone screen, or press and hold your watch’s
back key, to launch it at checkout.

 * Samsung Pay works at any retailer where you'd normally swipe your card.
 * Hold your device near a terminal and authorize the transaction on your phone
with a fingerprint, or tap to pay with your watch.

BUILT-IN SECURITY. EMBEDDED PEACE OF MIND.

When you add your card to your device, the security features of Samsung Pay
encrypt all your information. When you make a payment at a retailer, they don't
have access to your actual card number—instead a dynamic token is created. Your
information stays safe.

 * Embedded Samsung Knox technology monitors your device round the clock for
   suspicious activity.
 * In the event your device is compromised, your card information is safely
encrypted within a separate and secure data vault.

HOW TO GET STARTED.

1. Pull out your Elan Commercial Card

2. Add card with camera

With your Samsung phone's camera, scan your card's information. Then secure it
with your fingerprint and a backup PIN number—or upload your card's information
to your watch. Follow the steps to verify your identity.

3. Hover to pay

Now that you've added your card, it's simple to use Samsung Pay at a store;
swipe up on your phone screen, or press and hold your watch's back key, to
activate Samsung Pay. Hold your phone above the terminal or tap your watch to
pay.

MOBILE PAYMENTS FAQ.

1. WHAT ARE MOBILE PAYMENTS?

Mobile payments are a form of purchasing that allows Elan customers to use their
card to make purchases with a phone or other compatible device. The mobile
purchasing options available include Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay™.

2. WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER USING MOBILE PAYMENTS?

The biggest advantage of mobile payment is convenience. Using your mobile device
to pay for expenses can save time normally spent pulling out a card from your
wallet. It also offers the added convenience of using less cash to pay for
out-of-pocket expenses. This can mitigate the security risks from carrying extra
cash and also make expense reporting a little easier.

3. WHERE AM I ABLE TO MAKE MOBILE PAYMENTS?

Typically merchants that accept mobile payments show one or all of these symbols
at check out or on the card reader device:

Google Pay and Apple Pay require the merchant to have a newer terminal that will
work with NFC-enabled phones. Samsung Pay allows you to make mobile purchases at
both older and newer terminals, almost anywhere you can swipe your card.

4. DOES MY PHONE HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE MOBILE PAYMENTS?

Most new phones have the ability to make mobile payments using a payment app,
like Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay. The appropriate app for mobile
payments is likely already loaded onto the phone if the functionality is
available.

5. HOW DO I ADD MY COMMERCIAL ONE CARD TO MY PHONE?

 1. Open the mobile payment app (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay).
 2. You will then be prompted to take a picture of the card which captures the
card information. You may also enter the card information manually. Read and
    accept the terms and conditions.
 3. Follow the prompts to complete set up, including steps to verify your
    identity.

6. DOES ELAN HAVE CREDIT CARDS THAT CAN BE USED TO MAKE MOBILE PAYMENTS?

Yes. Elan consumer credit and debit cards have been enabled for mobile payments
for a while, but One Cards have not been enabled until now. Elan is making the
functionality available now for Visa One Card holders in the U.S. and will add
additional commercial card types later this year. For more information, contact
your card program manager or commercial card relationship manager.

7. ARE MOBILE PAYMENTS SECURE?

Each of the mobile purchasing options has their own technology for ensuring that
your mobile purchases are secure, but one common method they all use is
tokenization. When you add a card to a payments application (app), a unique
number, or token, is generated to make a payment. This means your card number
and personal information are never seen by merchants or stored on your device,
which adds an extra layer of security. In many cases, this provides for a more
secure and quicker transaction than using a physical card at checkout.

8. DO I HAVE TO CALL THE BANK TO SET UP MOBILE PAYMENTS?

Based on some account conditions, additional authentication through the call
center may be required.

9. WHY DON’T THE LAST 4 DIGITS ON MY RECEIPT MATCH THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY
PHYSICAL CARD?

A tokenized version of your physical card is saved to the wallet to improve
security. The last 4 digits shown on the receipt are from the tokenized card.

10. WHY DOES MY CARD LOOK DIFFERENT FOR MOBILE PAYMENTS THAN IT DOES ON MY
PHYSICAL CARD?

There are a number of factors that affect the card art. The card art enabled for
the Elan One Card for example, is the same for any client using the
functionality at this time. In addition to the overall look, information that
may normally display on a physical card is masked or intentionally left off of a
digital image of the card for the sake of security.

11. WHY IS MY MOBILE PAYMENT NOT BEING ACCEPTED?

The same restrictions that prevent certain purchases from being successful with
a plastic card also apply when making mobile payments. Cardholders who
experience a decline at the point of sale should contact Cardmember Services at
866-770-6154 option 3 to review the transaction.
