HOW DOES IT WORK?

COVERAGE IS PROVIDED FOR MANY UNEXPECTED EVENTS THAT CAN HAPPEN BEFORE OR DURING
YOUR TRIP.

Coverage may be provided if you, a traveling family member, or a traveling
companion contract COVID-19 and plan requirements are met. Eligible coverages
can include Trip Cancellation prior to your scheduled departure, and Trip
Interruption, Travel Delay, Medical and Dental, and Emergency Assistance and
Transportation coverage during your trip.

XCover.com’s Travel Protection is sold through our partner Booking.com.

YOU’RE COVERED IF...

 * You have to cancel, interrupt or cut short your trip because you or a close
   relative becomes sick or injured. Covid-19 is covered the same as any other
   illness.

 * You need urgent or unplanned medical treatment for an illness or injury,
   including Covid-19, while traveling.

 * You incur certain “out of pocket” costs because your baggage was delayed or
   stolen.

 * Loss of life, limb, or sight occurs resulting from an injury caused by a
   flight accident during your trip.

YOU’RE NOT PROTECTED IF...

 * The claim happened before you purchased your plan or it was foreseeable that
   a claim would occur.

 * You or your traveling companion were not medically fit to travel at the time
   you purchased the plan.

 * Another source already covered the loss.


HOW CLAIMS WORK

 * For medical emergencies and assistance with your medical care please call
   XCover Assist: while in the US or Canada at +1-833-548-0741. Outside the US

 * For everything else, please visit xcover.com/claim to start your claim.
 * Provide a detailed description of the event.

For all claims we require, as a minimum, a detailed description of the event. We
may request documents during the claim process such as booking invoices and
receipts. If required documents are not provided to us the claim may be rejected
or the status changed to “Pending”.


CANCELLATION, CHANGES AND REFUNDS

To make a change to your policy please go to xcover.com/account.

Because some of the benefits of this policy are immediate (you’re covered prior
to departure), this policy cannot be canceled outside the “free look period” of
10 days.
