Dear Sir / Madam We are writing in connection with the FCA’s Product Oversight
and Governance (“PROD”) rules for manufacturers and distributors, and the
requirement for fair value assessments to be completed on all in scope products.
As a manufacturer we are in the process of finalising our own fair value
assessments, and whilst some of our distributors have already been in contact
with us in connection with this activity, we urgently require information from
you so we can meet our regulatory requirements. Attached is a template to be
completed with details of your remuneration arrangements and any ancillary
sales. Please complete a copy of the template for each Travelers product that
you distribute, unless your remuneration and ancillary sales are the same across
all products types, in which case we ask that you make this clear when
responding to us. Given the impending deadline, please provide the requested
information reply no later than 23rd September, in order for us to fully
finalise and share the outcome of our assessments by 30th September. Yours
