OUR VISION IS TO CREATE A LEADING “SUPPORTING ENVIRONMENT FOR PROFESSIONALS” IN
NEED TO GUIDANCE AND SIMPLE GET REAL VALUABLE ADVISES, OR TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE
DESIRE AND ABILITY TO HELP GOING THROUGH A PRE-QUALIFICATION.

Have you ever asked yourself how you can find mentors, i.e. find people who can
support with ideas and guidance within your area of profession? In some cases or
in some organisations you may find mentoring plans but various studies and
experts confirming the great and undisputable value of having “external
mentorship”.

We have created a platform-based approach to offer content and build a relevant
community based on the purpose to get support or to offer support. Offering F2F
individual exchanges and clear roadmaps, tailored individual plans and
discussions all based on an highly competent pool of mentors to have best
matches.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

We are a group of professionals working decades in global leading multinational
corporations.

During decades of international experience within Asia and Europe but also on
global roles and discussions with leaders of several industries, Manuel has
decided to take a MBA in Leadership & Sustainability as well as Mentoring &
Coaching programme within CMI Level 7.

Manuel and his business partner have been practicing mentoring since various
years with fabulous outcomes.

However, they realised the lack of access to reasonable and easy-to-find
programmes for mentoring session.

The real value of mentoring is clear if you discuss it with well-mentored people
who in many cases one day have the desire to offer the same, but how and to
whom?

An access to experienced professionals who offer tactical and inspirational
guidance can be very powerful and contribute to more satisfaction, success and
general happiness for the mentee and within their life.

It could be a strong support to your general well-being in your profession and
even beyond.

This journey and understanding inspired Manuel to start COMPANY E, a platform
approach which we called CONCEPT E in order to simplify the access to mentors,
based on the vision to offer support for you professionals or all people who

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a (long-term) process | relationship typically between two people.
Usually, the “mentor” is an experienced individual who shares knowledge,
experience, and helpful real guidance or practical tactics with a less
experienced person in that particular field or also called “mentee”.

What is the goal to be mentored?

The goal is to support the professional and personal development of the mentee
by building or fostering self-reliance, leadership skills and mindset based on a
defined goal. Particularly, it could be very helpful in times of change, special
challenges, long-term career aspirations or a simple trusted advisor over a
long-term partnership.

What is the value for a mentee and/or mentor?

A mentee is going to receive highly valuable inputs by the mentor, often as a
discussion but following a simple process. Experiences and how to learn from
previous mistakes, and avoid those. is going to be highly valuable for the
mentee. In some scenarios this could lead to new opportunities within or outside
of the current workplace.

A mentor must enjoy the support to others genuinely. Hence, a mentor has a
natural benefit of being a mentor to others. Besides the improvement of
communication and personal skills, a mentor may also going to learn, called
“reverse-mentoring”.

I have never utilized any mentor but is it a right process for me?

We recommend to have a free trial discussion to explain the process, views and
next steps. We believe that every professional should have at least one mentor.

What is the difference between coaching vs. mentoring?

There are various debates and discussions about this difference. We would
highlight some key points to simplify from our point of view:

A coach focusses on “performance” based topics, improvements should be easily
measured and it is mostly a short-term and defined framework usually driven with
more authority by the coach.

A mentor focusses on “career development” based on a long-term directive process
with an equal relationship. A measurement should be supported by regular
surveys. Most people believe mentoring can help them to succeed but more than

How do I find my or the correct mentor?

Besides a possibility of finding a mentor within your workplace, often supported
by a program of your employer, we suggest to match your mentor based on your
personal goals to leverage the experience. We will be happy to support your
future.

Can I become a mentor?

There is no “official” graduation of being a mentor. However, we would only
offer individuals with proven skillsets and experience to be a trusted-advisor
tailored for your needs. At our team, we do have our own process to accept
mentors on our platform.

What would happen after I signed up on the platform?

First of all “Welcome” to our community. You will enjoy all content on our
platform which is going to be around leadership topics and updates,
recommendations and potential podcasts in future. Furthermore, by signing up you
enjoy a nice discount on our mentoring hours.

How frequent will be the mentoring sessions and how long is each session?

Our mentoring sessions follow a simple process and will be 45 minutes per one
session. In some cases, we can recommend a double session. The frequency will be
discussed between the mentee and mentor and can vary along the mentoring
experience.

You will get a simple survey after each session. What are we going to do with
this feedback?

We will always focus on continuous improvements. A feedback is one most powerful
part we can get in order to use this for any part of improvement but also for a
proof of success. Our survey is simple, short and mainly driven by multiple
choice option to safe your time.

How can you extend or cancel your membership?

Extending will be discussed with your mentor and the frequency or length can be
adjusted as per mutual agreement. This is risk free due to a monthly
un-subscription option. Please follow the messages you receive after signing up.

How secure is all private content as a result of the sessions?

All personal details will be strictly confidential and only used for feedback to
mentors as well as measure our process / your improvements constantly.
