SMS - KUBRA Bill Reminder Service. Enrollment requires your account information
providing a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number’s verification is done
by our double opt in process. We will send you a PIN number to your mobile phone
over SMS when you submit your enrollment request from the website, then you need
to enter the PIN on the website to activate the service. Depends on the options
you select in the 'Notification and Reminders' section, you may receive
different types of notifications. Message Frequency depends on account settings.
