What are patterns?
What’s the problem?

Our patterns our formed in our early childhood experiences. Maybe we were
criticized, abandoned, overprotected, excluded or wounded in some way.  In these
early years we formed a mental map of reality, and a pattern was formed.

 

These patterns are like attractor force fields which shape how we think, feel
and act. They literally shape how we see and interpret reality. Vibrationally
they even create and attract experiences that maintain and deepen our fears.

Our patterns bind us, they keep us locked in the past, and fearful of the
future. In fixating on them we lose our autonomy, sovereignty and lifeforce.
Through awareness we can reconnect with our true nature and stand in our power.

Therapy can take months, or years. Finding the right therapist, and the right
approach can be costly and time consuming.

 

Having been a client myself over the years, I wondered how to maximise value—how
to condense months of insights, zero in on the fundamental issues in a shorter
time frame?

 Using questionnaires, assignments and key therapeutic wisdom we have created a
time limited approach which maximises value and insight.
