"We had the crab and lobster dinner for 2 this evening. The food arrived very
well presented; with clear instructions for heating and serving. We cannot
praise the service enough - Great Service"

"Absolutely perfect! Dean Banks does it again! We ordered the fresh lobster and
crab box for home delivery after spotting the rave reviews on Facebook. What a
find. The whole meal was utterly delicious. To have such amazing Scottish
seafood and produce delivered to our own kitchen was a delight."

"We received our beautifully prepared 'Land and Sea' box on Friday. The food was
absolutely amazing, and the instructions you get with the box is extremely
helpful. We have also had dinner in Haar restaurant back in march and our
experience was absolutely five star food."

This is superb quality food which just needs a little cooking to create a
restaurant quality experience without going out. I found the instructions easy
to follow and food great. The only downside is that you need to do the dishes
afterwards!

This is most definitely a decadent box of treats to eat at home. A dinner to
celebrate and for definite lovers of seafood.

My suggestion is to order the bread and the bottle of champagne too or if its a
very special occasion, go for an extra dressed lobster or add in oak smoked
langoustines.

OUR SEAFOOD IS CAUGHT BY LOCAL FISHERMEN JUST A FEW HUNDRED METRES FROM THE
RESTAURANT

Haar At Home strives to provide local ingredients for all our fine dining
dishes. All of our products are caught by fishermen just a few hundred metres
from the Haar Restaurant.

All our seafood is caught in an environmentally sustainable manner by local
fisherman. This reduces travel time for food as much possible while still
maintaining quality standards, providing the best ingredients.

This allows us to deliver nothing but delicious freshness and flavourful taste
every day!

That is why, whenever possible, we only work with local vendors and suppliers.
All included in our restaurant food kits.

DEAN BANKS

Growing up in Arbroath, home of the Arbroath Smokie, Dean Banks' learned to cook
at a young age.

Dean has worked in over 40 countries. His travels have exposed him to diverse
cultures, styles, techniques, and cuisines. Dean began his career at Rick
Stein's Seafood Restaurant. Dean returned to Scotland to work in many Michelin
starred restaurants to learn.

Dean then moved to Verbier, Switzerland, to avoid the ocean. He cooked in the
world's best chalets for high-end clients as head chef. Dean spent his winter
vacations discovering new foods, influences, and traditions.

In 2018, Dean returned to Scotland. Dean decided to enter Masterchef the
Professional and immediately wowed the judges. Dean decided to open his own
restaurant in St Andrews, Haar.

Haar at Home aims to replicate the fine dining experience of the Haar
Restaurant.

Food that's easy to prepare and enjoy at home. It's a one-of-a-kind experience,
with luxury meals delivered nationwide.
