   Workhuman Spotlight is complimentary to all attendees.
 * What time zone will the event be delivered in?
   The official broadcast will be Eastern Time (ET) starting at 11:30 AM.
 * Can I engage with other attendees during the broadcast and ask live
   questions?
   We encourage you to be part of the conversation online using the hashtag
   #WHSpotlight on your preferred social media channel. You will not have the
   opportunity to live chat or ask questions on the event platform during the
   broadcast.

   The broadcast will be held in English.

   The digital event platform, which will launch when the “virtual doors” open

   Zoom is the digital event platform. It will be web-based, so all you will
   need is a device (e.g. Computer) and an internet connection.

 * Does it matter what device I use for viewing?
   No, as long as the device meets the minimum requirements to run either the
   Zoom desktop or mobile application.
   We recommend a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for the best experience.
 * Can I share my login link with colleagues or peers?
   Please do not share your unique link, as it will not work for anyone else
   (but anyone can get their own log-in by watch now).

 * What if something’s not working (e.g. Cannot access broadcast, error message,
   etc.)?
   For optimal viewing, we recommend the following:
   
   
   
   * 1. Close any background applications
   * 2. Ensure Zoom Desktop Client or Mobile App are installed and up to date
   * 3. Use a supported browser,  Zoom functions best on Google Chrome, Mozilla
     Firefox, and Chromium Edge.
   * 4. Use a wired internet connection
   * 5. Use Wi-Fi when on a mobile/tablet device
   * 6. Disconnect from any VPNs
 * Joining the broadcast by invitation link
   To join, click the link included in the event confirmation or calendar
   placeholder
 * Troubleshooting speaker issues via mobile device (Android | iOS)
   Ensure your speaker is turned on. If you see the speaker icon in the top-left
   corner is turned off, tap it to turn on your speaker.
   
   
   
   * 1. Increase the volume on your mobile device using the volume buttons or
     notification panel. Even if the speaker is turned on in Zoom, your device’s
     volume might be set to mute or vibrate only.
   * 2. Try using earphones.
   * 3. Restart your mobile device.
   * 4. Reinstall Zoom from the Apple App Store or Google Play
 * Receiving an error code?
   View the troubleshooting guide to identify common error codes and suggested
   remedies while using or installing the Zoom Desktop client.
