As announced on Twitter the BF2Hub team has released a new interface to view your Battlefield 2 statistics (BFHQ) online. Unlike the ingame BFHQ (which is hardcoded by DICE) the stats interface of BF2Hub has the advantage to show you specific details to reach your next rank, award or unlock. It is obviously made with the good old bf2s page in mind so it should be easy for you to understand the basic values. On our request BF2Hub confirmed that they will enhance the online interface with further features continuously. We may expect additional services and coding APIs very soon, w00t! :) We also implemented the link to your global stats in our community teamplay stats pages. This is especially important for players that could not backup their Battlefield 2 accounts in time! You may backup and migrate your former Battlefield 2 GameSpy accounts (including your stats/unlocks) or create all new accounts directly with the BF2Hub Client. If you don't have Battlefield 2 installed at the moment you may use the BF2Hub Webclient which has the same features available online from everywhere. Therefore BF2Hub released already an update with their Network Switcher. If Gamespy goes down, you just have to click the "Enable BF2Hub Network" Link within the BF2Hub Client to play further with your accounts/cd-keys that you have previously backed up. Note: You have to close your BF2 before you do the switch, otherwise the game will not recognize it. We have already launched a "2F4Y.com - Best Maps No Rules" Testserver within the BF2Hub Network. If you are interested how all that stuff works or if you wanna see your unlocks and ranks within the BF2Hub Network, you can do this already now because you can switch the Network at any time with a simple click on the "Enable/Disable BF2Hub Network"!
