Prozessverbesserungen identifizieren sowie umsetzen. In unserer global
agierenden Technologieberatung unterstützen wir die Unternehmen in den folgenden
Themen: Business Technology Platform, Integration, Workflow, Data Management,
Security, Hyperscaler, IoT, Cloud Application Entwicklung.

 

Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie unsere Kunden im Rahmen von Schulungen,
Workshops und vor allem im direkten Austausch in den unterschiedlichsten
Branchen. Durch Presales- und Vertriebsunterstützung helfen Sie, neue Kunden für

ÜBER DAS PROGRAMM    

 

Als Career Starter erhalten Sie die Möglichkeit ohne SAP Vorkenntnisse
einzusteigen. Sie erhalten von Beginn an einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag und
starten mit einem mehrwöchigen Ausbildungsblock für die methodischen und
SAP-spezifischen technologischen Grundlagen. Wir erklären neue Integrations-
Technologien: Wie funktioniert Integration von Geschäftsprozessen in der Cloud?
Wo und wie können Integrationslösungen angewendet werden, um Geschäftsprozesse
zu automatisieren? Welche Vorteile hat die Integration von Geschäftsprozessen
und Systemen?  

 

Solche Fragen beantworten wir im Rahmen von Schulungen, Workshops und vor allem
auch durch Training-on the-job bei namhaften Kunden in den unterschiedlichsten
Branchen. Sie lernen gemeinsam mit Career Startern aus anderen Bereichen die SAP
kennen. Nach Abschluss der ersten Trainingsphase folgt die weitere individuelle
Vertiefung in Ihr zukünftiges Arbeitsumfeld. Ein/e erfahrene/r Mentor/in betreut
Sie in dieser Zeit und hilft ein persönliches Netzwerk aufzubauen.

 

DAS SOLLTEN SIE MITBRINGEN 

 

 * Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul-, Bachelor- oder
   Masterstudium in Natur-, Wirtschafts- bzw. Ingenieurswissenschaften,
   bevorzugte Fachrichtungen sind Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
   Wirtschaftsinformatik und Informatik und Mathematik oder eine vergleichbare
   Ausbildung.
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich der Programmierung (Java, C++, Python, ABAP etc.)
 * Erste industrielle Erfahrungen, die Sie durch eine Ausbildung, Praktika oder
   Werkstudententätigkeiten bereits gesammelt haben sind vorteilhaft
 * Sie bringen Freude an der Analyse und Lösung von komplexen Fragestellungen
   mit.
 * Selbstmotivation und Neugier und der Wunsch, jeden Tag etwas Neues zu lernen,
   zeichnen Sie aus.
 * Kundenorientierung steht für Sie an erster Stelle. Sie bringen sehr gute
   Kommunikationskills mit und können gut zuhören, um die Problemstellung
   unserer Kunden zu verstehen und mit Hilfe Ihrer Expertise eine Lösung zu
   formulieren.
 * Reisebereitschaft zu den Standorten unserer Kunden auch mit der Möglichkeit
   längerer Auslandsaufenthalte.
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
