program. The center also features Technogym weight resistance machines,

LOVELY FAMILY STAY AT THE JW!
Outstanding stay! I felt like I was on a Caribbean island resort at the JW.
We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 young kids and spent all our time in
the pools and on the beach. It was the perfect place for our young kids. We
ordered food at the pool each day which was very handy and delicious. It
rained for an entire day during our stay and the JW had a bounce house,
face painting, balloons, etc. for the kids to enjoy. A great spot for
families!

THE RIDDERS
Awesome place to stay. Love the Tiki Bar and beach. We were treated great
by the staff. Room service took care of us everyday. Valet crew were
constantly hopping!

THE MOST OVERPRICED MARRIOTT IN THE WORLD
I have done roughly 1,200 nights in hotels all over the world, mostly North
America. I have stayed at Holidays Inns to the Ritz and probably 85% of my
nights have been at a Marriott. This was the worst service I have ever
received, and maybe one of the most expensive properties for what you get.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

MARCO ISLAND JW MARRIOTT EXPERIENCE MARCH 20-23
I reserved a room at the JW Marriott Marco Island March 20 through the 23rd
2024. This reservation was a special Spring Break gift to my son who worked
diligently to achieve a “High Honors” report card. The two of us would be
celebrating his hard work along with a few other families from Indianapolis
who would also be staying at the property. I was told, the JW Marriott is
the “one and only place to stay” on Marco Island for the most wonderful
experience. I researched the cost of a three night stay. During spring
break, the most cost-effective room would be almost one-thousand dollars
per night. I spent several months setting money aside for our trip.
I am not one who has ever written feedback like this. However, I feel
compelled to share a few of the critical occurrences, which made our trip
feel unsettling. Upon arrival to Room 412, we were embarrassed to find a
pair of women’s dirty underwear/ undergarments which had been left behind
from previous guests. We also discovered food left in the refrigerator, and
as a registered nurse, I felt this was unsanitary. I have attached photos
to reflect both of these concerns.
Furthermore, even with placement of the “do not disturb” door knob, sign
and a request for p.m. room, service cleaning, we were awakened two of the
three mornings by knocking requests to clean our room.
Finally, (while not the last concern of the three night stay), we endured a
constant “clicking sound” in the walls of our room. We tried to remedy this
by playing white noise on our phones while sleeping. Still, I felt it was a
true inconvenience to our attempts to get quality rest. I have attached a
recording of said distraction.
Again, I am not one who has ever written review such as this one. However,
I think it is important you know these details about our experience.
I truly hope you will take into consideration my concerns and follow up
with me. Unfortunately, my experience at the Marco Island JW Marriott was
unsatisfactory and after this deflating experience, I would not recommend
your property to my family or my friends and collegues.

overlooking certain areas in your appointed guest room prior to your

FROM PIRATES TO PATRONS! WE'RE IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER & WITH JW MARRIOTT,
MARCO ISLAND!
A year ago we discovered JW Marriott Island Beach Resort, Marco Island, as
pirates...tiptoeing onto the beach, exploring the hotel, enjoying dinner &
drinks at Kane Tiki Bar & watching the glorious sunset. We fell in love
with this beautiful place! This year we made a point to stay as patrons.
This has been one of our favorite experiences in our Florida travels thus
far. Thank you, JW Marriott of Marco Island!!!
