Fix some nodes that supposed to be linked

The hero and deputies of a build cannot be chosen if one is selected in the

You can now change points calculation based on SLE/SLE D5/GH value

You can now manually set exactly how many units you want train on a specfic unit
type

Training values are automatically transfered to training calculator.

You can consult the list of heroes with all of their skills

You can now create builds to share with the community (you need to be logged in)

You can edit or delete a build if you are the author.

Fixed speedup calculator "+ Universal" which did not convert the excess
hours/minutes into the higher unit

Fixed Editor Decree which could sometimes render <li> and <ul> tags
