International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Rules for
Non-Administered Arbitration shall apply to the conduct of the hearing. The
arbitration award shall be final and binding and may be confirmed and enforced
in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties shall bear equally the costs
of the arbitration, but each party shall pay its own attorney’s fees incurred in
connection with the arbitration or confirmation or enforcement of any award.
