USE PERSONAL LIST ON MOBILE

Quickly add items to your Personal List from the mobile app. Personal List on
mobile syncs with your Personal List on ClickUp's browser and desktop
applications.

Personal List on mobile is currently in closed beta.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 * Personal List on mobile is available on every ClickUp plan.
 * Everyone, including guests, can use Personal List on the mobile app.


ACCESS PERSONAL LIST

Personal List is a List of tasks that live separately from the ClickUp
Hierarchy. You can quickly create new tasks in Personal List without having to
navigate through several Spaces, Folders, and Lists.

Tap My List in the Mobile Navigation bar to open it.




CREATE TASKS IN PERSONAL LIST

You can create new tasks from Personal List, or add other tasks in your
Workspace to Personal List if you have the Tasks in Multiple Lists ClickApp
enabled in your Workspace. Inversely, you can add tasks in Personal List to
other Lists if this ClickApp is enabled.

To create a task from Personal List:

 1. From Personal List, tap + Add new Task.
    
 2. Name your task and add any additional details, including subtasks.
 3. Tap Create.

To create a task from anywhere and add it to Personal List:

 1. In the Mobile Navigation bar at the bottom of your screen, tap More.
 2. Tap New Task.
 3. Under the task name, select Personal List from the location dropdown.
 4. Name of your task and add additional optional info.
 5. Tap Create.

When creating a task from the Mobile Navigation bar or Quick Create menu, the
task location defaults to Personal List if you are not within a specific
Hierarchy location.


UPDATE STATUSES AND CLOSE TASKS IN PERSONAL LIST

To update a task status from Personal List:

 1. To the left of a task, tap the status icon.
 2. From the Status menu, choose a status.


SORT TASKS

To sort tasks in Personal List:

 1. Swipe left to locate a column.
 2. Tap a column header.
 3. Choose one of the sorting options.
 4. In the upper-right corner of the Column options modal, tap Done.


GROUP TASKS

To group tasks in Personal List:

 1. In the upper-right corner of Personal List, tap the toggle icon.
 2. Select Group by.
    
 3. Choose one of the grouping options.


FILTER TASKS

To group tasks in Personal List:

 1. In the upper-right corner of Personal List, tap the toggle icon.
 2. Tap Filter.
 3. In the lower-right corner of the Active filters modal, tap Add filter.
 4. Choose a filter.
 5. Customize the filter and tap Done.


SHOW CLOSED TASKS

To show closed tasks in Personal List:

 1. In the upper-right corner of Personal List, tap the toggle icon.
 2. At the top, swipe through the options and enable Show closed.
