ABOUT 16TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT

The Macomb County 16th Judicial Circuit Court in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, USA, has
jurisdiction in all civil cases involving more than $25,000.00; domestic
relations cases; cases seeking equitable relief, felony criminal cases and some
serious misdemeanors. The Court also has jurisdiction over appeals from district
courts and administrative agencies.

Please be advised that access to criminal cases will not be available until the
Court is able to update the records that are automatically set aside by the
Michigan State Police (Public Act 193 of 2020).  You may access criminal records
through ICHAT (Internet Criminal History Access Tool).  For more information,
