6 Acres of park like grounds just a few minutes walk from the town centre.
Gundagai is an excellent stopover accommodation point if you are travelling
north or south on the Hume Highway or just exploring the NSW Riverina.

Gundagai Cabins & Tourist Park has 14 fully self contained cabins and six near
new luxury suites. There are 40 drive through undercover powered ensuite sites,
all with sullage disposal.

Our powered sites easy access and covered with soft grass. Unpowered camp sites
also available at Gundagai Cabins and Tourist Park.

The Park is just a two minute stroll to the Historical precinct of Gundagai with
it cafes, antique shops and art galleries.

Woolworths, RSL, Golf and Bowling Clubs are located just across the road.
The Council Swimming Pool is right next door.

Gundagai Cabins and Tourist Park is the perfect stopover accommodation, or start
point for those using the Murrumbidgee canoe/kayak trail. Tumut to Gundagai or
Gundagai to Wagga Wagga as it located a short distance from the only boat ramp
into the Murrumbidgee River at Gundagai.

PETS: are allowed in the Park at the Manager's discretion only. Under NO
circumstances are animals allowed in our Cabins unless they are legally
recognized service animals. Proof is required. We request that ALL guests with
animals take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the other guest and
staff at the Park.

We found this caravan park to be a pleasant surprise after a long days drive in
40+°'s  the undercover drive through parking made arriving and setting up so
easy,  all connection points at close range. The ensuite facilities are
available also at close range to your van door and very clean.

We stayed in one of your tourist suites last night on our way from Sydney to
Melbourne.

What an absolute delight our accomodation was! So perfectly clean, neat and new,
everything was just lovely.

The room was warm when we arrived, with lovely amenities, crisp bed linen and a
sparkling bathroom! Loved the little touches like electric blankets, coffee
machine and huge flat screen TV.

We had dinner at the Family Hotel in town, which was delightful. With cosy
fireplace, cold beer and a delicious chicken Kiev, it was an excellent night.

After a wonderful nights sleep, we woke to a beautiful view over the golf course
and drove through the charming town before getting on the road again.

One of the best overnight stays we have ever had.. couldn’t fault it, we will be
back!

not fault it!

We couldn’t believe the gem we had found the first time we stayed so thank you
for your services. We love to support local businesses like yours and really
liked that you provided information on other local services (like the Criterion
Hotel food). I am a small business owner and this COVID-19 situation has
challenged everybody, particularly small businesses so I am all for supporting
others. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier and look forward to staying there
again.

Hi Leanne,

We always enjoy our stay in your cabins. So thank you for another pleasant stay.

There was one thing though that I thought I should mention. We were woken by the
smoke alarm at 1.30 am. It must have sounded for 5minutes or so. We opened the
windows & door & went back to sleep. I have no idea why it sounded.

Wishing you all the best & sorry that it's such an awful year.

What a great Room!  Room 20 is one of the best we have stayed in.  The room was
a very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable Motel Room in your Tourist Park.

The walk in Shower in a well ventilated Bathroom was appreciated. (An insect
screen on the Bathroom window would stop the bugs coming in)  The room shows you
have thought of peoples needs, with plenty of power points with USB outlets. 
The small individual courtyard for each room was great. The whole Park looks
like a great Tourist Park.

We will gladly tell people to stay here. Happy to put a review on Tripadvisor.

We had a lovely stay at Gundagai Tourist Park and Tourist suites.

The room and park were very clean, modern and comfortable with two doors for
airflow and a flat screen TV.

The sunset just outside the door was spectacular and the location perfect.

Hi guys

Just wanted to say hi and provide some feedback. Ron and I had the opportunity
to stay at the park for 10 nights in February this year. We come down every year
to enjoy time out at the park. The park is looking fantastic. Our cabin was
immaculate. The current managers were constantly busy keeping the part looking
and operating like a well oiled machine.  I have to say this time we had the
pleasure of dealing with Talai and her partner. Well what an amazing couple they
are. Very helpful managers. Nothing was any trouble to them. They are definitely
an asset to the park. I recommend them and the park to everyone. Hope to see
them back again soon.

Considering the wet weather the facility was excellent. Stayed dry quick setup &
nice en-suite. At a fair price what else could you ask for. The layout of the
park looks great.

My wife and I recently stayed at your park twice, once while on the way to
Melbourne and again on our return trip back to Sydney. On our way to Melbourne
we also took the opportunity to have our caravan weighed which provided us with
very important information on the safety of our van. Thank you for installing
such an important facility.

You had temporary managers at reception who were very welcoming and helpful.
Your park and amenities were very clean. We will definitely put your park on our
preferred list when travelling in your area.

Dear Gundagai cabins

We found our night at cabin 11 on Sunday 23 February to be very enjoyable, the
cabin particularly clean and well kitted out. The Criterion Hotel at Gundagai
was particularly welcoming on the side of the meal we had there and so we may
well call by again on our travels in future because we have scooted by iconic
Gundagai far too many times in the past. Now we know about the gear in the
cabins we may look for something more than a night. Kind regards to all kiwis
