Matching Gift Information

UnitedHealth Group matches employee donations to a variety of nonprofits
including:

 * Educational institutions (K-12 included)
 * Health and human services
 * Arts and cultural organizations
 * Civic and community organizations
 * Environmental organizations
 * And many other nonprofits

While connected to the company intranet, you can access additional details at

match for offline donations, visit http://giving.uhg.com/.

Donations made on Corporate credit cards are unacceptable and will not be
processed or matched. 

UnitedHealth Groups' Matching Gift Submission Process:
Employees can submit their matching gift requests electronically by going to
https://unitedhealthgroup.benevity.org/user/login. It is required to include the
receipt of the donation when requesting for a match.

Volunteer Grant Information

Through UnitedHealth Group's Dollars for Doers program, UHG provides grants to
nonprofits where employees volunteer.

Employees can earn $10 for every hour volunteered up to 50 hours ($500) per year
to donate to the cause(s) of their choice.

While connected to the company intranet, you can access additional details at

UnitedHealth Group's Dollars for Doers Submission Process:
Employees can download a copy of the most up-to-date form from the company
intranet by searching for "volunteer grant" or "Dollars for Doers" or by going
to https://unitedhealthgroup.benevity.org/.

Volunteer grant programs are corporate giving programs in which companies
provide monetary donations to organizations where employees volunteer regularly.

If you volunteer with us, it's an easy way to provide us with additional
financial support!

How do I request a matching gift or volunteer grant?

Requesting a matching gift or volunteer grant is normally a five minute process
which must be initiated by the donor / volunteer. You can do this by filling out
and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer or through an
electronic submission process.
