HOW DO I ENABLE VOLTE?

Generally, VoLTE-supported handsets will show a VoLTE icon near the signal bar
to indicate that it is enabled. Once you see the VoLTE icon, go to the phone
dial pad and dial the number which you want to reach.

 

Ensure you are using the latest firmware on a locally-distributed handset to use
VoLTE. Here is the step-by-step guide to enabling VoLTE on your device:

 

Apple Device

 * Tap Settings > General > Software Update to install the latest iOS
 * Check and ensure your device is connected to SIMBA network and configured
   with the correct APN setting
 * Proceed to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data
 * Select LTE or 4G and enable VoLTE
 * Go ahead and make a call!



Android Device

 * Check and ensure your device is connected to SIMBA network and configured
   with the correct APN setting
 * Proceed to Settings > Mobile Data Options > enable VoLTE
 * Go ahead and make a call!
