   Lantmännen Biorefineries has the capacity to produce 230,000 m3 of ethanol
   per year. Our bioethanol with worldclass sustainability can be used as
   renewable components in gasoline E5 and E10 and also specialty ethanol fuels

   Lantmannen Biorefineries has the capacity to produce 230,000 m3 of ethanol
   per year. Some of it is used as fuel, while others are used for other
   technical applications such as windshield washer fluid.

   Our ethanol has perhaps the best climate performance in the world. In our
   plant, we can produce both grain-based ethanol and ethanol from second

A NATURAL PROTEIN CONCENTRATE FROM OATS

PrOatein Oat protein is a natural unique plant-based protein concentrate based

PROTEIN QUALITY

Protein is an important part of the diet and plays an essential role in the
structural and functional components of the body. PrOatein oat protein, like the
oat grain it comes from, contains significant amounts of dietary indispensable
amino acids, particularly the BCAAs leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which are
important for muscle growth and repair in people of all ages. Oat protein
contains more SAA and tryptophan than pea protein; more SAA and valine than soy
protein; and has more indispensable amino acids than wheat protein. PrOatein
also has a great taste compared to other isolated plant proteins.


PROPERTIES OF PROATEIN

In addition to the content of 55% protein on average, PrOatein Oat protein
typically contains 16-19% naturally occurring oat oil that adds extra benefits
to the product.

APPLICATIONS

PrOatein boosts the protein content of many types of products. As a fine,
free-flowing powder, PrOatein produces a neutral colour and flavour, while its
scent is similar to that of oat bran.  As a result, PrOatein easily integrates
into recipes, making it accessible for manufacturers to boost their products
with the nutritional benefits of protein. 

Furthermore, PrOatein is a natural ingredient that can be labelled on
ingredients lists simply as “oat protein” and so is attractive to those
