STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE (UPDATED TODAY, OCTOBER 21)
1) First of all you need Bitcoin and Ethereum wallets. I prefer to use
http://blockchain.com because you will have both wallets in the same account,
but you can use the wallets you like.

2) You need to have at least 0.001 BTC in your wallet. I would recommend to
start with 0.01 BTC or more, which would give good money from the first
exchange.
3) Then you need to exchange BTC to Ethereum using exchanger

right now at the rate 0.001 BTC to 0.07 ETH
How to exchange here:
1. Fill the form and click "Exchange".
2. You will see the BTC address where you should send the specified amount of
BTC.
3. You will receive Ethereum after the 1st confirmation on BTC network. It
