King's Music: the show must go on
The red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework requires that no singing
nor playing of wind instruments takes place indoors at schools or kura.

Creative Minds: Synopsis
Introducing our new production, the most ambitious in the history of King’s
College. We plan to build a first-class, multidisciplinary Performing Arts
Centre at the school set to be completed in late 2023.

King's pivots to provide Swimming Sports
Despite school life currently being subject to the gathering restrictions of the
red setting of the COVID-19 Protection Framework, a live stream from the pool to
Houses made possible a House Swimming Sports to remember.

Our community
We’re proud of our strong connections with the wider King’s College community

Academic life at King’s
Providing “the best all-around education it is possible to obtain” is at the
heart of the King’s College educational philosophy.

Outdoor Education
Adventure and environment are key dimensions of the King’s educational
philosophy, with special programmes to help students challenge themselves and

Cultural life
Taking part in a cultural activity at King’s is highly recommended. It helps

Every student is assigned to a House. From their first day at King’s they are
part of a supportive network that fosters friendship and encourages them to
