highest point in the city. General Admission grant access to visit all three
Observatory levels (floors 100-102) for 360-degree stunning views. Additionally,
guests will experience the Global Welcome Center, Horizon Grid, SkyPod®
Elevators, See Forever® Theater, City Pulse and more! Date and time of entry
must be selected.

One World Observatory is located at One World Trade Center. The main entrance to
the observatory is located on the West side of the building on the corner of
West Street and Fulton Street. Admittance is only available on the date and time
selected when the ticket was purchased. This ticket is a revocable license (the
"Ticket") and grants to ticket holder, on behalf of ticket holder and any minor
accompanying holder, ("TH") each one (1) admission to the One World Observatory
and West Plaza ("OWO") operated by Legends OWO, LLC ("LO"). By accepting a
Ticket, TH certifies that he/she accepts and agrees to abide by the terms of
this Ticket and the Rules and Regulations of OWO (posted in full at
www.oneworldobservatory.com the "Rules") which may be modified, amended, or
supplemented at any time by LO.


LEGAL INFORMATION



Tickets & Conditions of Use.
(a) This Ticket may be revoked at any time in LO's sole discretion without
refund or other consideration.
(b) All sales are final, non-refundable, and TH is solely responsible for
safeguarding such Ticket. Lost, stolen, forgotten, unreadable or destroyed
Tickets will not be replaced. The use of counterfeit or invalid tickets is
prohibited.
(c) The duplication; reprinting; advertising, promotion (e.g. contests,
sweepstakes, commercial endeavors); or resale or attempted resale of this Ticket
in violation of applicable law or without express written permission of LO is
prohibited and grounds for seizure or cancellation.
(d) LO may bar or eject from current or future admission to OWO, without refund,
any TH who: (i) fails to comply with any term of the Ticket, the Rules, and/or
any instructions of OWO staff; or (ii) acts in an inappropriate, dangerous or
disorderly manner.
(e) TH consents to the inspection of his/her person and personal property before
entering and/or while at OWO. LO reserves the right to refuse any person OWO
admission and to remove any person refusing such inspection and/or any person
who upon inspection is deemed by LO (in its sole discretion) to have unlawful,
dangerous or otherwise inappropriate or prohibited items. In addition to those
identified in the Rules, the following items may not be brought into OWO:
alcohol, weapons, and animals (except Service Assistance Animals). TH agrees not
to record or transmit for profit, or aid in recording or transmitting for
profit, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of any part of OWO,
its marks or logos without the prior written approval of LO.
(f) TH may not solicit contributions or distribute literature at or around OWO.
(g) TH grants permission to the Indemnitees to utilize TH's image or likeness
incidental to any live or record video display or other transmission or
reproduction in whole or in part of OWO.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability and Scope.
(a) TH expressly assumes all risk of property loss, personal injury and/or
sickness incidental to or arising from TH's presence at OWO and releases LO and
the Parties from any liability with respect thereto.
(b) Adult (18 years of age or older) supervision of minors (below the age of 18
years) is required at all times while within OWO.
(c) OWO hours of operation are subject to change at any time and LO reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to delay, postpone or cancel the opening of OWO.
(d) TH agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless LO, The Port Authority of
New York and New Jersey, WTC Tower 1 LLC, Royal 1 WTC Management LLC, Legends
Hospitality, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated
entities, officials, partners, employees, successors, assigns and agents, etc.
(collectively the "Parties), from and against any and all claims, obligations,
liabilities and causes of action (including related costs, expenses, attorneys'
fees and disbursements) accruing against or in favor of and/or incurred by TH
and/or any minor(s) who is/are accompanied thereby, whether by reasons of
personal injury or death or property damage or otherwise, arising out of or in
