每日機位與房間價格浮動，本站報價以最低價格呈現，實際售價將以服務人員訂購後之系統售價為準，不同筆訂單可能會產生不同價格，敬請留意。
關於機票規範：
1. 未滿 2 歲之嬰幼兒，不含床位、機位、餐食及門票，並請自行投保旅遊平安險。
* 需於成人開票前出示戶口名簿 / 健保卡 / 護照等相關證明文件開立嬰兒免費機票
* 1 位成人至多可陪伴 1 名不佔位嬰兒，請於預訂時備註，以利入住手續處理
* 如有其它費用產生請旅客現場自理
2. 滿 2 - 11 歲之佔位兒童含機位、床位、飯店早餐，購買時請選擇【兒童】價位
3. 滿 12 - 64 歲者視為成人，購買時請選擇【成人】價位
4. 滿 65
歲以上年長者，購買時請選擇【老人】價位（僅適用於中華民國籍或馬偕計畫需持有註記「國內大眾運輸工具及公立育樂場所優待」字樣之外僑永久居留證之外籍人士。）
5. 旅客在訂購時需填寫正確之姓名、生日及身分證字號，外國籍請填寫與護照上相同之英文姓名及護照號碼，以利保險及開票作業；為保障您自身之權益，不可用同一姓名預訂一個以上的機位，以免無法順利搭機。
關於飯店/民宿規範：
1. 本網站提供之房間均為一般客房，且預訂時均已清楚標示床型，額外要求如指定樓層者恕無法保證提供此項服務。
2. 每種房型均有入住人數限制，若超出原預訂人數時，飯店、民宿有權禁止旅客入住或請旅客現場補足增加人數之房費。
3. 如欲使用飯店、民宿設施或其他服務，請於現場確認，若有額外費用請自行付費。
變更、取消規則：
1. 出發當日恕不接受行程變更及現場更改艙等之申請。
2. 行程更改及票券變更時，若訂位訂房無法確認，旅客可按原訂妥之行程出發，否則按取消規定辦理退票，旅客不得要求全額退費。
3. 開票後若旅客個資錯誤(同音異字，例如:儒與如)，依改票規定收取更改費用；若更換出發旅客，視同取消(依行程取消辦理)。
4. 行程取消，除取消規定所載明之費用以外，立榮航空將加收團費 5% 的服務費，敬請留意。
5. 訂購【保證入住房】，如有更改或取消將視同「NoShow」（客人未按時入住)」，無法給予退款。
權責聲明：
1. 立榮假期已投保旅行業責任保險，包含因意外事故導致死亡或殘廢，每人最高賠償限額為新台幣500萬元，而未滿十四歲及七十歲以上人士，依法投保最高限額為新台幣200萬元；因意外事故導致之醫療費用，每人最高賠償限額為新台幣20萬元。旅客如有需要，建議可額外自行辦理旅行平安保險。
2. 嬰兒請自行投保。
3. 保險期間：立榮假期之去回程航班時間(以立榮假期券上所載記日期為準，起於去程搭機日並終止於回程搭機日)；但若旅客完全脫離立榮假期之服務範圍期間則不在承保範圍內。
注意事項：
* 套裝旅遊之機票及住宿不可分開使用，且不可轉讓、單獨退票、更改航線，並請遵守機票之使用規定，一經使用，其他未使用部份無退費價值。
* 旅客使用機票、旅遊券或訂購證明單辦理登記手續時，應出示身分證明文件。搭乘國內航線班機請攜帶身份證明文件，未領有身分證者（如孩童）可持戶口名簿及健保 IC
卡（有照片者）。
* 出發當日如遇天候惡劣等不可抗力因素導致航空公司因安全理由必須延遲或取消該班次，航空公司保有更動當日搭乘班次之權利。
* 立榮假期之旅客於班機起飛前 60 分鐘攜帶附有照片之身分證明文件
(未領有身份證者如孩童，亦可持戶口名簿替代)至航空公司自助服務機台(KIOSK)或機場櫃台完成報到劃位手續，若未能準時到達約定地點致未能出發者，將視同放棄，已付費用不予退還。
* 未滿 2 歲嬰兒由成人陪伴，事先提出申請可開立免費機票，未事先說明航空公司有權拒絕搭乘。
* 立榮假期商品之機票無論去程或回程均限當日當班次有效，逾期視同放棄；飯店或民宿入住日期需於旅遊區間內。
* 立榮假期商品價格均已內含稅額及服務費，其它旅遊套券、租車、餐廳...等訂購證明單上未註明之服務或個人之各項消費，例如:行李小費、旅館洗衣費、飲料、電話費、行李超重費、門票..等，需由旅客自行現場支付。
