We are looking for an Apprentice for Customer Service Technical Clarification
Team in Milan within the Digital Enterprises area who will be trained in 2 years
as a Service Technician.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the art
training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the
support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As a Service Technician, your main activities will be to:

 * Analyse service requests in order to figure out activities to be performed
   and the spare parts needed;
 * Provide remote technical support to customers using the Siemens industry
   support online, via SightCall and Sinema RC teleassistance portals and
   through the use of Smart Glasses and augmented reality systems;
 * Corrective maintenance on machine tools system and drives system on end users
   sites.


REQUIRED ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

 * You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian
   apprenticeship contract;
 * You are fresh graduate or you are going to graduate in Automation;
 * General knowledge of PLC Programming and Drive Technology;
 * Proficiency in English and Italian;
 * Passion to never-stop growing ;
 * Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co
   create and share knowledge;
 * Eligibility to work in Italy.
