When I called to ask about some mouthpieces, I was shocked by how far they went
in order to ensure I had the best experience possible despite the fact that I
was just some guy who was calling in on a Monday; the lady who answered my call
asked what mouthpieces I was looking for and retrieved them from the stockroom
as we were on the call. When I got there, the mouthpieces were all in a padded
practice room, ready to play. When I asked about some other mouthpieces, the
lady was once again kind enough to take me into the warehouse and look through
their vast inventory of mouthpieces. I had the mouthpiece I wanted in my case
within the month plus a free sticker, and I was deeply satisfied (and in case I
wasn't they allowed a two-week period in which I could make a full refund free
of charge). Also, bonus points for sanitizing the mouthpieces before and after I
used them unlike most other stores. Thank you so much!

I just purchased the AB190 Artisan Bb trumpet from Quinn. The buying experience
on eBay was superb...perfect description, nice price, and very prompt shipping.
In addition, response to my inquiries and support after the sale was
outstanding. Most importantly, the trumpet itself is exquisite. I buy,
refurbish, and sell pro trumpets for a living. As such, I've played hundreds of
top-tier instruments of almost every brand. This Artisan trumpet stands alone
for its astounding richness of tone and playability. The sound this horn
produces is powerfully sonorous and resonant. It's a completely different
experience from, say, a Bach 180 (also an excellent series). The trumpet sings
in all registers and delivers a glorious, sumptuous sound that resonates with
one's core. The changes Bach made in reverting back to the key design features
that made it such a powerhouse in the 60's and earlier, are now re-instated with
even greater precision and finesse. If you've ever considered buying your
"Forever" horn, I heartily encourage you to at least try Bach's Artisan series.
You won't regret the adventure. If you decide to buy, you can't do better than
Quinn. This is an outstanding dealer that provides superb service and support to

The Mighty Quinn is by far the BEST place to buy a quality instrument. I bought
a used yas-875 from them. It wasn't quite right and they took the return without
question. They paid for return shipping and refunded my money promptly. In the
meantime, they gave me a very fair price on a new yas-82zII. The sax arrived in
superb condition and plays like a dream! Their shipping is always 2nd day air,
they respond very quickly to any inquiry and are extremely helpful. Their
integrity and honesty is unquestionable. If you don't buy from them, you're
probably making a big mistake.

My experience with the Mighty Quinn has been 100% positive. From the first time
I emailed them about a clarinet, to addressing a tune-up I needed, to the
service I received from their techs and front office, they were quick with
communication, helpful, and extremely friendly. As a local buyer, I was able to
test the instrument I was interested in. They had that instrument ready for my
appointment in a private, well-appointment sound room with stand, tuner,
cleaning materials, the works. They even provided me two other clarinets in the
same price range to test. I was able to spend as much time as I needed to arrive
at my decision. Their lobby, restroom, and sound room were extremely clean,
well-lit, and welcoming, making my test session a real joy. When I brought my
instrument in for the tune-up, I forgot a reed. "No problem, " said the tech,
"take one of mine," handing me a brand new, fully wrapped reed. And beyond this
generosity, in 10 minutes she had my instrument playing as good as new. She even
set aside the clarinet she was working on to immediately help me. And while I am
a local buyer, so I can't speak to a shipping-based experiences, I imagine your
instrument and experience will be just as great as mine - no matter where you
live and play. Highly recommended!
