* What can I say? Buying insurance is never a fun task. Getting insurance for a
car is about as fun as getting a root canal, but I was lucky to have a
wonderful agent by the name of Laura Aldana to guide me through the ins and
outs of getting car insurance for my entire family. I can tell you that Laura

attentive, courteous, and most of all, very knowledgeable and adept at

Awesome experience working with Donna Baker. During a renovation, she
assisted with a builder's risk policy. Upon project completion, she assisted
in a homeowners policy. She went above and beyond to help underwriters
understand that this "old house" on paper was brand new in order to secure

As someone who works in the Auto Claims industry, I knew exactly what I what

* Donna was ALWAYS responsive and worked past hours to get us the requested
information. She listened to what we needed and worked tirelessly to offer
every possible scenario to get us the best deal at an optimal payment. For
$200 more we are getting a full year of coverage instead of just 6 months. I
have a relative that sells insurance and he couldn’t get us that discount. It
really matters that an agent has access to multiple markets to get you the
best price. Found our 'forever' insurance agent!

Julianne did a great job tailoring my homeowners policy to fit my needs. She

* Monica, at Texan insurance has twice now saved the day. With homeowners on
March and 4 cars I. September, I allied Aug 31, had a new and lower pro Ed
policy effective Sept 1. I cannot say enough about how expedient she was,
thorough and explained everything in defy. I wouldn’t take my business
anywhere else, hard to get this type of service these days- and saved us

I have worked with Kenneth for a few years now and have never been
disappointed with his immediate response to emails/phone calls and questions.
He explains each line of the insurance and provides suggestions on where you
as a home owner should increase or decrease depending on your

Very happy with working with the Suzanne Brown Insurance agency. When we felt
