Jenny, an alumna of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate Program, has
been recognized for her exceptional contributions and started a new position as
Equity, Strategy and Learning Manager at the Office of Diversity, Equity,
Inclusion & Access (ODEIA). We are proud to have played a part in shaping her
career journey!
Matt, Customer Success Leader

Matt was working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and landed a new role
as a Director of Customer Success at Incentivio shortly after completing the
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program at CCPE. Way to go Matt!
Rachel, Human Resources Director

Rachel, the Senior Human Resources Project Director of Northstar Recycling, got
promoted to Director of Human Resources Project Management in February 2024,
after completing the DEI program. We are so thrilled you are part of our
learning community Rachel!
Christine, Senior Vice President

Christine completed the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate Program, and
has been recently promoted to Senior Vice President, Recovery and Housing at The
Mental Health Association of Springfield, MA. Her dedication and hard work are a

Nicole successfully completed the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate
Program and has been recognized for her expertise and meaningful contributions
at the New York State Fellowship Program. She is now the Diversity, Equity and
Inclusion Officer and Senior Policy Advisor at the New York Department of State.
